 Yesterday SBA finally declared NY all state eligible for Economic Injury Disaster Loan.

Very busy sent out the information to contacts all day yesterday.

Have three events today.

1pm-2pm Participate in the Rockland County and 

Rockland Chamber of Commerce webinar on You Tube.

Tom, Mid-Hudson SBDC spoke. 

2:30pm Interview with Evelyn Jing Zhang, China Press.

4pm Making a presentation for Putnam County Business Council.

John asked me to contact her because RA, Stephen promises them someone to speak.

I am glad I am familiar with the information because I translated them in Chinese.

I am also translating the Power Point on Applying for EIDL to Chinese,

but John sent the updated ppt file two times, so I have to edit them again and again.

I will continue tomorrow.

 So lucky to work with Ying Zhou, Queens College Tech Incubator Director, 

starting this year. She is so professional, skillful, diligent, and responsible.

We combine the Women Business events today at Queens College and the one tomorrow at LaGuarida Community College and move online from 9:30am-11:30am

1pm-2:30pm Training for SBA staff and resource partners on 

SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL).

4pm-5pm Chinese Radio Network 

I can talk about EIDL forms and details because I just  had the training.

Very busy, very happy to learn and to help.

2020-03-16 開始在家上班 Starting Teleworking due to Coronavirus

 Got the notice to start telework from today last night.

So released. 

I don't have to take subway and in the office, two dangerous places.

 Ying Zhou is excellent.

I suggested to hold a training today on "Using Tech for Your Business" on 3/12,

and we hold it today from 9:30am to 11:30am.

 The first time using Zoom for the training

 

Mom is so worried about the Coronavirus situation in NY.

2020-03-12 通知可能在家工作 Meeting about Teleworking

 Arriving office at 6:28am

  

 Very busy with the Women Business event on 3/18 at Queens College 

and 3/19 at LaGuardia moving to online event on 3/18

 3pm John called a meeting to tell us to take laptop home 

and wait for the notice of teleworking due to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

I rushed out of the meeting room because I came to the office at 6:30am,

and I want to leave early before the subway becomes crowded.

2020-03-11 經濟受損災難貸款開始忙 Starting busy with SBA EIDL

 6:00am walking to the subway station.

I want to go to walk early and go home early to avoid crowded subway.

Yesterday Staff meeting John mentioned teleworking.

I sent a teleworking request to Peter and then to John.

Joan replied, "SBA is stilling running normal schedule."

I felt very upset because Lillie can telework because Peter let her telework from Monday.

Westchester County Bridget Gibbons sent me the Disaster Loan information posted by 

Washington State. They did a great job to provide all the information.

I just realized that Westchester, Dutchess and Putnam Counties are declared as the 

contiguous counties of CT.

NY still waiting for the governor's request to designate counties for the loan.

Rockland County contacted me for the loan too.

I have learned about NYC procurement finally

 Going to SBDC

 Meeting with Rosa about the Economic Injury Disaster Loan for the business 

effected by coronavirus. Grace Meng has announced it.

We will hold a press conference when we get the information.
