2020-05-22 姪女的網上婚禮 Tiffany and Patrick's Zoom Wedding

Tiffany (My sister Mimi's daughter) and Patrick had to postpone their wedding in May

due to the pandemic.

They are lucky that the Marriage certificate can be issued online, 

so they decide to hold a Zoom wedding today at Patrick's backyard.

I was dressed up in red to bring good-luck to them according to Chinese tradition.

  

 

Daughter-Father dance and Mother-son dance are nice.

The wedding is sweet and simple.

I think this will be a good new way for people to save money, time and energy for wedding.

 After talking to Peter, I also canceled the 5/27 webinar on PPP Forgiveness.

It is great that I have time to participate in webinars to learn from experts on various topics:

Mon. 5/18, I participate in 3 webinars.

Tue. 5/19, I participated in 3 webinars

Wed. 5/20 I participated in 4 webinars, including one by Peter, and Chinese Radio Network interview

Thurs. 5/21 I participated in 5 webinars (one from Peter) and Sinovision interview

2020-05-19 豁免條規 PPP Forgiveness Rules

 PPP Forgiveness Rules were announced on Fri. 5/15 evening.

I spent the whole weekend to learn about it and made a Power Point file,

but still not clear how to teach applicants about it. 

It is complicated and not a easy applicant form to fill out.

Yesterday, Monday morning, John sent us a message stating 

"NO Webinar allowed on PPP Forgiveness, even with our resource partners.

I thanked him for the guidance because many organizations will request it."
I canceled my scheduled webinars: one on 5/20, and three on 5/21

Yesterday, I participated in the webinar held by the DD and DDD of the amazing SBA Office;

Today, I participated in the webinar held by Corini & Associates CPA.

Thanks to their excellent presentations, 

I have learned the information and the right language to define the restrictions.

2020-05-17 咳嗽 Scary coughing

Coughing for one minute non stopping,

and that scared me.

Immediately, I took a shower, and then a nap....

I am fine, just over-worried.

2020-05-16 清潔送到家的食物 Cleaning the delivered foods

Bring in the foods delivered on 5/14.

Putting on the mask, gloves and the protective apron (garbage bag),

then washing the packages in the soaking water.

I am sorry that I have to deal with the foods like the "monsters".

During the pandemic, we learn a lot of things and cherish of things.

Should write articles to let the people in the future know about the life amid COVID-19.
