It's Monday, my A/L day. 

This year I cannot use my A/L to visit mom.

I take every Monday off from the last week of August to New Year because of the Use or Lose rule.

Yesterday I taught Vincent a Kungfu movement hoping he can calm down and focus.

Son send me a video that Vincent is practicing the movement 

I saw he stand on the wrong foot, so I have to take the photos to show him the correct position.

I will review the Kungfu routine that I choreographed when I taught the FCC girls.

I will teach it online because it will benefit us physically and mentally.

Today is my AWS day and Monday will be my Use or Lose A/L, so I have a 4-day weekend from today.

1:00pm Meeting with Bill Manger

2:00pm Surety Round Table

I have to choose the ones that interest me.

I also participate the  Houston Office "EIDL and CARL" session at 1:30pm
