2020-08-05 設鬧鐘治腳腫 Setting alarm clock for my swollen feet

Trying to solve the problem of my swollen feet, I have been eating red beans and protein foods.
Today I set my cell phone alarm clock to stand up every 30 minutes, then change to 1 hour
because it is impossible to get up every 30 minutes.
Do I love myself enough? How come I don't have time for myself.

Glad to know there is a Taiwanese restaurant in Brooklyn. Should support their business.

What are they looking at? Thank to my plants for their accompany amid the difficult times.
